| IAC strives to sell the best computers that will last
you for many years. Occasionally, our computers do run into problems (like any other
mechanical or electrical system) and you need to have repairs done on your machine. All of
our computers (Acer Desktops and Jetta Notebooks) come with a 1 year parts and labor
warranty. Jetta International handles all the warranty work on their notebooks directly and can be reached via their webpage at www.jetta.com or their tech support line at 800-445-3882. For your Acer systems, you can reach us at 800-609-1755 or 800-306-5452 or e-mail to support@iace.com please e-mail us your serial number, invoice number, and as detailed of a description about the problem you are having. We offer extended warranties on our Jetta and Acer machines. We can extend the Jetta 1 year warranty to 3 years. On the Acer systems a nationwide onsite warranty is available for the first year and we offer extended warranties to 3 years on our Acer systems as well.
